Use specific reasons and examples to support your answer.
There are many kinds of way for people tolearn, from learning from those at their own levels, to those at a higherlevel. However, the he best way is still under debate. In my opinion, I thinkthat people can learn more from the peers at their own levels because they canhave more discussion and more comparison with others.
Firstof all, people learn more from discussions. When students are put together no matterto solve a problem or to learn a new concepts, they can exchange their ideasand questions with their peers. On the other hand, if they are in a class andlisten to the lecture, they may not able to discuss their problems withprofessor immediately, and the learning performance would be less effective.Take my own experience for example. I am now studying in medical school. Everyweek, we have different kinds of subjects to learn in the classroom, and haveto discuss some clinical problem with classmates after class. To my surprise, Ihave found that what I learned in the lecture were easily to forget. However, the additional knowledge I look for in order to solve the clinical problem arequite difficult to forget. As a result, to discuss and learn with peers canimprove learning performance.
Secondly, when people are working in a team, they not only cooperate with each others.Sometimes, they will compare themselves with their colleges, in order to make abetter performance. Likewise, my own experience can function as an example. When I was in freshman year, I had to joined a study group in order to finish aChinese literature report. In fact, I hate Chinese literature for it isdifficult to understand. I remembered, there was girl who was really good atanalyzing poems and novels. In order to keep up her ability and help our groupto finish the report, I studied ancient poems and modern novels very hard. Itsurprised me that in that semester, I had got a great progress in understandingand enjoying the Chinese literatures. As a result, by working and studyingtogether, people can compare themselves to their colleagues, and learn morefrom improving their original learning habit.
To conclude, people can learn things better from those at their own level thanfrom those at a higher level, because they can have more opportunities todiscuss and compare with others.
