Sports can be comprised of two kinds: one-man sports and group sports. There are similarities and differences between the two types.
First of all, both of them can benefit our bodies. Sports contribute directly to person's physical and mental fitness. Besides, both of them can help us get out of pressures from heavy job or study.
By contrast, there is no denying the fact that there are differences between them. For one thing, group sports are largely based upon cooperation and communication whereas a person has more freedom and flexible schedules doing one-man sports. For instance, there may be some tactics and arguments which are decided by the team members during a basketball game, but one can play ball without restraint. For another, such as football, not only can human have more chance to enhance their friendship, but also practice getting on well with people in group sports, compared with the case that one may be alone or even of be vacuity in one-man sports.
Therefore, we should take good advantage of one-man sports and group sports as both coins have two sides.
